WHY DO I NEED THIS COURSE
Why train for the Camino de Santiago?
The Camino de Santiago is an affordable experience for everyone. But whether it is a 10 or 30-day walk, if we prepare ourselves we will be able to fully enjoy it. Our body is not used to walking 20 km on average every day for so many days in a row. Is it possible? Yes, undoubtedly thousands of pilgrims walk the Camino without any training. But also many of them suffer from injuries that could have been avoided with training and preparation.

Being a small pilgrim family, we thought it would be best to have a Facebook group where we can help each other. A place where you can leave your questions as they arise. And the place where we will do the live shows every Monday. In addition, they will be recorded in case you could not see them or if you want to see them again.
It is a workout that increases the heart rate where the main objective of cardio is that our heart is strengthened and the health of our lungs is good.
Strength training improves bone density, thus decreasing the possible risk of osteoporosis or fractures while protecting our joints.
Every Monday, starting on May 2nd, we will have a live on Facebook. Juan and Jose Mari will explain the weekly plan and answer any questions you may have. In addition, some days we will have special guests.
The live will be on Tuesdays at 20:00 Spanish time.
Having a balanced and healthy diet will be key for the development of our organism, both physically and mentally.
Each week we will talk about a theme of the Camino de Santiago.
