IN TODAY’S EPISODE
What is the Camino? What are you looking for when you start walking to Santiago de Compostela?
For many people is a journey of healing. Healing in the big sense of the word. For some spiritual, for others physical and for some a mix of both. In our guests Camino there was also a third point that was important to her, Providence. For Christians, Providence is the guidance or care of God to us. In a way guiding our destiny. I believe that in the Camino we need to open to Providence or to providence, depending on our beliefs. But we always say that «The Camino provides». But for the Camino to provide we need to be open to it.
American Peregrina, as many know her on Instagram, was searching. And open to what the Camino tell her. Because there was a plan already there for her. That plan started with the Camino Frances in Pamplona but after finishing in Santiago she went on searching. That search took her to the Sanctuary of Fatima, then to Lourdes and back to the Camino. This time the Camino del Norte, where she finished this part of her journey in Bilbao.
This year she is planning on continuing that journey and finishing the Camino del Norte.
Listen to today’s episode and discover the magic of the Camino. And how, if we let them, the Camino de Santiago always provides
